Appraisers are professionals and are required to complete continuing education to maintain their license. Appraisers are also required to follow the Uniform Standards of Professional Appraisal Practice (USPAP) in all aspects of appraising a property. This includes fiduciary responsibilities to the Client. If your home is being appraised for loan purposes, you will need to obtain a copy of the appraisal from your Lender. Bill only performs appraisals and conducts business to the highest ethical standards possible.
